Privacy
This site belongs to Paula Lawton. The personal details it collects are looked after by McLaw and Associates, trading as Expertivity Technologies, 44 Marine Village, Ballina, Co. Tipperary, Ireland, which is responsible for them (the data controller). This page explains what is collected, why, and what you can do about it.
What this site collects
- When you book a call: your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you write in the booking form.
- Like most websites, the hosting server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Why
To arrange and hold the call you asked for, and to reply to you. The legal basis is your request: you contact Paula, and your details are used to respond.
Who handles it
- Hostinger hosts this website.
- Microsoft (Microsoft Bookings and Outlook) handles call bookings.
Your details are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone else for their own use.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The only cookies are the ones WordPress needs when the site’s editors sign in.
How long details are kept
Booking details are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with your request and any work that follows, and then deleted. You can ask for them to be deleted sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details held about you by emailing plawton@expertivity.com. If you are unhappy with how your details have been handled, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
